Description
We are looking for a dedicated IT Manager to oversee and enhance our organization's technology infrastructure. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who excels in both independent work and collaborative settings.
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain IT systems and network infrastructure to support business operations.
Manage and integrate data within enterprise systems, including DelmiaWorks with an Oracle backend.
Serve as a liaison between teams to address technical challenges and ensure smooth communication.
Provide technical support and guidance to end users regarding IT systems and data processes.
Implement strategies to enhance system reliability, security, and performance.
Analyze and resolve system-related issues while maintaining operational efficiency.
Collaborate on system upgrades and configurations to meet organizational needs.
Maintain documentation on IT processes, configurations, and system changes.
Utilize backup technologies to ensure data protection and recovery.
Travel occasionally to provide on-site IT support and oversee system implementations.
Requirements
Proficiency in IT systems administration and network management.
Experience with enterprise systems, particularly DelmiaWorks and Oracle.
Solid understanding of Active Directory and system configuration management.
Knowledge of backup technologies and data security protocols.
Familiarity with ERP systems and MySQL for data analysis and integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills for technical support and team collaboration.
Willingness to travel a few days per month for on-site IT support.
