Job Description:
- Minimum of 5+ years working experience in the following areas:
- 5+ years of proven working experience as a business systems analyst for medium- to large projects.
- Able to communicate and collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners, and vendors.
- Able to lead requirements-gathering sessions, including workshops, interviews, and document analysis, to capture detailed business needs
- Able to accurately translate system and business requirements into epics,
- features and user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
- Able to write UAT test scripts and proficient in UAT testing.
- Able to identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate risks.
- Able to track requirements throughout the SDLC lifecycle
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Visio, Draw.io, ADO, JIRA, Confluence, and BI tools.
- Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and
- weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems.

- Ability to meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
