Location: USA (Remote)
Duration: Long term
Please make sure candidates have relevant exp in Service Cloud.
Key skills :- Service Cloud must, Auto Cloud is a plus, LWC, APEX.
Job Description:
- 12-15 years of experience in overall experience. Of this 4+ years at least in Salesforce as Salesforce Architect
- Should have worked atleast 6-7 years in Salesforce
- Should have experience in communicating with customer stakeholders strong communication skills
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
- Good understanding of Sales cloud and exposure to working on LOS and Underwriting related projects. Knowledge of US lending business/ process is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of Out of the box features of Sales and Service Cloud is mandatory.
- Should have exposure in managing the releases of various salesforce applications - with deep-dive understanding of packages and change sets.
- Should have hands-on experience working with Salesforce API [ Tooling API, Metadata API, Canvas, Rest/ SOAP API ,Bulk API etc.,] and Lightning development.
- Well versed with integrations and be able to drive integration discussions of Salesforce with other systems
- Preferred- exp with Conga composer, DocuSign , exposure to snowflake C-data integration
