This opportunity is a full-time position on an IT Services team that is passionate about helping their clients solve problems in the Philadelphia area.
The company is in search of a Systems Engineer who is comfortable in a support and engineering environment. This position is a first line contact for their customers who are experiencing issues with VMware and Microsoft solutions. This is a great opportunity for an individual who excels in translating internal technical language into clear concise directions for clients and can understand the language in the reverse direction as well. If you are passionate about helping clients solve technical problems that arise and are looking for an opportunity to step into a leadership role and mentor other engineers, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Required Skills & Experience
- Candidate should have experience implementing engineering applications for large corporations
- Windows operating system and customer experience is preferred
- Demonstrates excellence in project development and leadership skills
- Work experience in team building and project management is preferred
- Demonstrates a high-level understanding with various operating systems and best practices of security measures
- Candidate must have a valid driver's license
- Demonstrates good communication skills within a team and with clients
- Microsoft 365 experience
- VM Certification is a plus
- Veeam Certification is a plus
- Demonstrates reasoning ability to anticipate and resolve issues
