We re seeking a seasoned Product Specialist with deep expertise in Martech architecture, campaign and offer management, and platform integration. This role will lead the technical development of offer management solutions, drive integration with leading Martech platforms, and serve as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical architecture and development of Offer Management solutions using platforms like Naehas.
  • Design and implement integrations with enterprise Martech platforms including Adobe Experience Platform (CDP) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud/CRM.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Solution Architects to define technical requirements, delivery plans, and implementation strategies.
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering best practices in solution design and agile delivery.
  • Participate in client workshops to translate business needs into scalable technical specifications.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development practices, code quality, and deployment efficiency.
  • Apply strong knowledge of data modeling, customer segmentation, and real-time personalization to enhance campaign performance.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and proactive engagement.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Martech, with at least 3 years in campaign and offer management application development.
  • Proven experience with Naehas or similar offer management platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience integrating with Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and CRM systems.
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, segmentation logic, and personalization engines.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in financial services, telecom, or retail.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for Martech innovation.
