Full Stack .NET Lead Developer

Position: Full Stack .NET/Angular Lead Developer (12+ Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack .NET/Angular Lead Developer with 8 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, have a strong understanding of Single Page Application (SPA) architecture, and be capable of leading an offshore development team to ensure high-quality technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the offshore Global Delivery (GD) development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to clearly understand and refine functional and technical requirements.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing .NET and Angular-based web applications.
• Prepare and review Service Specifications, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and other technical documentation.
• Develop and integrate Web Services (RESTful APIs, SOAP), ensuring seamless communication between client and server layers.
• Implement responsive UI/UX components using Angular, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML5.
• Utilize NPM and NuGet for package management and efficient code reusability.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to project-specific coding standards and design patterns.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve technical impediments, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the overall application architecture, deployment processes, and integration touchpoints.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams for smooth end-to-end delivery and support.

Technical Skills Required:

• Backend: .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, LINQ, Entity Framework
• Frontend: Angular (latest versions), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
• Architecture: Single Page Applications (SPA), Microservices (preferred), RESTful API design
• Tools & Libraries: NPM, NuGet, Visual Studio, VS Code, Git, Azure DevOps, JIRA
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Databases: SQL Server, stored procedures, and query optimization
