Mandatory Skills: SAP OTC, Advanced ATP, Variant Configuration
Industry Experience: Manufacturing
Years of experience required for each skill: 10-15
Primary job duties/responsibilities:
Sales and Distribution (SD) solution deployed in client's production system.
Resolve Incidents, Service Request and Minor Enhancements as per the AMS processes and Service Levels agreed with the client using the Project ticketing tool (ServiceNow).
Help design and optimize End to End SAP Core SD (order to cash) processes at the client.
Configure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy the core SAP SD solution and ensure it works seamlessly.
Collaborate with other SAP S/4HANA and(or) non-SAP teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in deployed SD solution.
Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to ensure completion of project deliverables and reports.
Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors.
