Job Details

Hybrid: 2 days a week in office.
Description:
Project coordinators work to assist project manager's teams with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information in support of IT Infrastructure projects
Key areas of responsibilities include:
Assist project managers in maintaining and monitoring project schedules, work estimates and actual work hours
Assist project managers in creating and managing detail project budget. Research and resolve project budget variances that are identified.
Create project related purchase requisitions and purchase orders, monitor and track shipment and delivery of ordered equipment, reconcile and validate invoices related to purchases.
Create and monitor project related ServiceNow tickets
Draft and submit PCR's as requested.
Update and manage project risk, issue, and decision logs
Assist with updating Project Status slides
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Meeting administration scheduling, taking of meetings minutes, post meeting follow-ups, etc.
Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Qualifications
Must have 1 to 3 years' experience working in project coordinator/project support role in a formal/structured project management organization. Preferred, but not required, a role that supported IT infrastructure projects, i.e. projects related to networking, data centers, desktop computing, etc.
Strong emotional intelligence skills
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Project.
Must be located in the Central time zone (St. Louis location preferred)
Degree preferred but not required
