Department Overview
The Supply Chain organization serves as the steward of the company s multi-billion-dollar goods and services spend. It manages procurement and supplier engagement with a mission to deliver cost-effective and valued supply chain services through strategic, diverse, and sustainable business solutions. The organization also provides systems support for Supply Chain s procurement systems, requiring close integration with all lines of business, finance, and suppliers.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to provide support for development, maintenance, and enhancement of Supply Chain systems (primarily SAP MM). This role will also focus on tools, data, reports, and analytics to support Supply Chain operations and ensure meaningful, consistent data is available for reporting and decision-making. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between Supply Chain, business units, and IT, leveraging strong SAP MM knowledge, SQL proficiency, and experience in S/4 HANA (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between IT, Supply Chain, and functional business areas.
  • Lead system maintenance and implementation of enhancements, including scheduling, testing, and functional validation.
  • Develop and generate recurring reports and complex ad hoc queries.
  • Provide system support (SAP table maintenance, mass updates, file uploads, etc.).
  • Manage user roles and system access.
  • Develop and deliver system-related communications to stakeholders.
  • Work independently, requiring guidance only on complex issues.
  • Provide direction to Analysts and Associates regarding system support and reporting responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience (1 year experience = 1 year college).
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain or financial systems development and maintenance.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP MM functionality (tables, data relationships, and structures).
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes (orders, inventory movements, goods receipts, invoicing, payments).
  • Proficiency with SQL Server and database design.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications
  • 5 6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or financial systems development and maintenance.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Knowledge of Ariba, SAP BW, and S/4 HANA.
  • Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and PM modules.
  • Power BI expertise.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
