Job Title: Contractor Salesforce Technical Business Systems Analyst
Location: Remote or Onsite (Burlington, MA)
Overview: We are seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst to support our business operations team with Salesforce-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and a strong understanding of business processes and systems integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports per project priorities
- Support system enhancements, data integrity, and user adoption efforts.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and system solutions.
- Assist in testing and post-implementation support.
- Provide day-to-day production support within Salesforce
Qualifications:
- 3 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Proven experience with Salesforce configuration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst) preferred.
Targeted Projects may include (but may not be limited to):
- Implementation of a Deal Desk process for creating, tracking and sending requests through approval flows to support Sales Opportunities
- Assessment and configuration for migration of the Salesforce Org to Salesforce Lightning from Classic
