AR/VR Software Developer

This Position is Remote.

As a Co-op Software Developer, you'll join our multidisciplinary product team working on real-time AI and XR systems. You ll help prototype and build scalable, interactive applications involving AI avatars, AR/VR storytelling, and agentic pipelines. This is an opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge tools and contribute to production-grade innovation.

What You ll Work On

• Building AI avatars with voice, gesture, and environment interactivity
• Developing AR/VR simulations using WebXR, Unity3D, and immersive UI frameworks
• Creating and maintaining agent orchestration pipelines (CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
• Finetuning and integrating LLMs with dynamic persona modeling
• Designing real-time backends for MCP-style command and control systems
• Embedding ML inference directly into web apps for live user interaction

Required Skills & Experience

Frontend & Full Stack

• React (TypeScript)
• TailwindCSS or Bootstrap
• Responsive design (Web, PWA, or XR)

Backend Development

• Python (FastAPI or Django)
• RESTful APIs, WebSockets
• PostgreSQL or similar relational DBs

AI/ML Integration

• PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs
• Prompt engineering, safety layers, and guardrails
• Custom finetuning or LoRA experience is a plus

AR/VR & Avatar Development

• Unity3D, WebXR, or Three.js
• Experience with Blender, ReadyPlayerMe, or 3D/2D avatar pipelines
• Familiarity with D-ID Studio, Inworld AI, or similar avatar tools

Agentic Systems / Orchestration

• Understanding of CrewAI, AutoGen, MetaGPT, or equivalent
• Managing agent handoffs, state memory, and task planning
• Experience with MCP-style orchestration logic preferred
