A Performance Engineer for web applications using NeoLoad or loadrunner requires a strong understanding of performance testing methodologies. Key skills involve scripting and automation, bottleneck analysis, performance testing tools (like NeoLoad loadrunner, but also JMeter), Understanding with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, or Grafana for analysis and reports Performance Testing Expertise: Deep knowledge of performance testing principles, methodologies, and techniques for web applications is essential.
NeoLoad Proficiency: Expertise in using NeoLoad for creating and executing performance tests.
Scripting and Automation: Ability to script performance tests, including creating and maintaining test scenarios.
Performance Analysis: Skills in analyzing test results, identifying performance bottlenecks, and troubleshooting issues.
DevOps Integration: Familiarity with integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines, treating tests as code.
