Role & Responsibilities:
A loyalty program business analyst is responsible for analyzing data from customer loyalty programs to assess their effectiveness, improve customer retention, and drive business growth. Their main tasks include:

  • Collecting and analyzing customer and transactional data to evaluate program performance.
  • Translating complex data into actionable business insights to optimize loyalty initiatives.
  • Developing business cases and cost estimates for new loyalty projects, considering financial and operational impacts.
