Role & Responsibilities:
A loyalty program business analyst is responsible for analyzing data from customer loyalty programs to assess their effectiveness, improve customer retention, and drive business growth. Their main tasks include:
- Collecting and analyzing customer and transactional data to evaluate program performance.
- Translating complex data into actionable business insights to optimize loyalty initiatives.
- Developing business cases and cost estimates for new loyalty projects, considering financial and operational impacts.
- Collaborating with stakeholders (marketing, IT, finance) to refine program features and align them with broader business goals.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value to measure ROI.
- Making recommendations for program improvements based on data-driven insights.
Skills & Requirements:
