Requirements:
- 3 or more years of hands-on Salesforce Admin experience in managing forms, workflows, and reporting.
- Proficiency in optimizing Salesforce and integrating it with third-party systems.
- Experience with syncing CRM data with tools like Microsoft Lists or other external sources.
- Experience in connecting Salesforce with finance tools such as QuickBooks.
- Experience with troubleshooting recurring system errors and broken automation.
- Experience in streamlining inventory and order tracking for physical products.
- Strong communication skills with comfort working around sensitive records and images.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve Salesforce issues affecting form generation, reporting, and core operations.
- Optimize task list views and improve interface usability within the CRM.
- Customize templates and generate reports for sales tax, inventory, and accounting.
- Automate funeral-related forms, including prayer cards and service documents.
- Enable email functionality directly within Salesforce for internal communication.
- Build scalable logic to support location additions and data structure updates.
- Manage integrations with external systems like QuickBooks and Microsoft Lists.
