Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years building data solutions in SQL Server/Warehouse
Strong T-SQL and Python development/debugging skills
2+ years working in Cloud environments (Azure preferred)
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Warehouse, and NoSQL
Experience implementing Data Lakes (Microsoft Fabric, PySpark, Databricks, ADLS)
CI/CD using Azure DevOps
Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
Desired Skills & Experience
Cloud certifications (Azure preferred)
Familiarity with MDM, Big Data, ML/AI concepts
Industry experience in finance or insurance a plus
Experience supporting production systems, monitoring ADF pipelines, and debugging SQL/Python
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
