Overview
Kaukahi, LLC is looking for a Warehouse Specialist who acts as the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Inventory Maintainer. This position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory and supporting material management operations. The specialist will be responsible for receiving, processing, and tracking warehouse inventory and work orders in GFEBS while maintaining a high level of accountability and efficiency. This position requires on-site availability Monday through Friday, from 0700 - 1500 hours.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage incoming goods at the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) warehouse
Create, update and maintain inventory items in GFEBS
Ensure accurate transfer of material cost via GFEBS Material Goods Movement (MIGO) actions.
Receive, process and initiate service
Process and initiate Demand Maintenance Order's (DMOs) and Operational Work Orders (OWOs).
GFEBS Role Assignments: The Warehouse Specialist will hold and perform duties under the following GFEBS roles.
Annual Planner - supports scheduling of recurring maintenance tasks and materials.
Plant Maintenance Master Data Maintainer - manages master data for materials and maintenance assets.
Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Maintainer - monitors and updates material needs and reordering triggers.
Order Approver and Maintainer - reviews and processes work and maintenance orders.
Permit Approver - validates required permits and documentation for maintenance activities.
Physical Inventory Maintainer - manages physical inventory counts and adjustments.
Preventive Maintenance Controller - oversees scheduling and tracking of preventive maintenance activities.
Plant Maintenance Reporter - records maintenance work completion and associated details.
Work Notification Processor - initiates and processes maintenance work notifications based on service needs.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Entry-level position: a minimum of one (1) year of equivalent experience in warehousing, inventory management, or logistics is required.
Current Common Access Card (CAC) or ability to be granted a CAC.
Demonstrated experience with:
GFEBS Spending Chain Processes
Inventory Management and Control within GFEBS
Military installation warehouse operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and material handling.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Location: Fort AP Hill, VA
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderately too long distance may be required. May include lifting weight up to 45 pounds as necessary.
