Dynamics CRM Solution Architect

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role.
• Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Deep knowledge of integration technologies (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API management).
• Familiarity with ALM (DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics).
• Microsoft certifications: MB-600 (Solution Architect), PL-600, or equivalent preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define solution architecture for complex Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Lead technical discovery and design sessions with customers and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into a scalable, secure CRM architecture.
• Design integrations using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Dataverse, APIs, etc.
• Oversee development and customization efforts, including plugins, workflows, custom entities, and Power Automate flows.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and compliance/security standards.
• Create architecture documents, solution design documents, and technical diagrams.
• Mentor and guide CRM consultants and developers.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects on broader platform alignment.
• Provide leadership during UAT, deployment, and go-live phases.
