Location: Washington, DC

Description
The PeopleSoft Developer will be responsible for:
Coordinate with Business Analyst to understand client business needs and requirements.
Assist in design and development of Peoplesoft applications based on business requirements.
Upgrade and modify Peoplesoft applications as per business needs.
Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications.
Perform code reviews and recommend improvements.
Identify and troubleshoot coding issues in a timely fashion.
Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines.
Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities.
Recommend new coding techniques to ensure quality and usability
Technical Skills:
PeopleSoft PeopleTools
Oracle SQL Developer
Oracle PeopleSoft HCM
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of systems development experience
Top Secret Clearance
Required to report to client site in Washington D.C. 5 days a week
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years experience with PeopleSoft code base
Minimum of 7 years experience with PeopleSoft technical architecture
Understanding of Oracle database structures
Clearance

Compensation and Benefits
Rate: 140-165 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
