Senior Testing Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects that may involve one or more products and delivering outcomes that meet the project objectives and requirements and are delivered within the agreed upon timeline for the approved project budget.
- Partners with Product Owner(s) and Product Teams to manage and ensure the timely execution of projects (P1).
- The PM will work closely with the PMO Lead, Accountable Owner, Pillar Lead / Product Owner(s), Tech Lead, Scrum Master(s), the development team, and other key stakeholders to deliver a successful project / product.
- Manages schedule and activities, identifies, and escalates risks and issues as they arise, and facilitates timely project execution.
- Keeps stakeholders and team members regularly informed of the overall health status.
- Escalates to the PMO Lead, Product Owner, Technology Lead if issues arise that put the schedule, budget, scope, or resources at risk.
- Proactively identifies and escalates risks and issues to the leadership team.
- Anticipates project needs, challenges the Product Team, and helps work on creative solutions.
- Accountable for the timely completion and accuracy of weekly status reporting.
- Initiates and facilitates the review and completion of Change Requests.
- Collaborates with Chief Product Owner / Pillar Lead and Product Owner(s) to support the monthly review and reconciliation for the budget (Costs & Resources) management processes.
- Accountable for Weekly Status Report and the data entry for required Jira fields associated at the Pillar (P0), Product (P1), Product Epic (P2), and Program Epic (P3).
- Responsible for reviewing Jira data integrity at all levels including Epic (P4) and Story (P5) levels to ensure team member's updates are timely and accurate.
