Experience: - 10-12 Years experience
Location - Fort Worth, Texas - (Onsite from Day 1)
Educational Qualifications: -
Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
JOB Description
- Lead Design Projects: Oversee the end-to-end design process for various high-profile projects, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with business objectives.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
- UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience.
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and develop product roadmaps.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency across all products.
- Data Visualization: Design interactive data visualization dashboards to help clients make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Workshops & Training: Develop and facilitate design workshops, and provide training sessions to enhance team skills and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Skills:
o Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, Framer, and Miro.
o Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
o Ability to lead and mentor junior designers.
o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing for B2B and B2C platforms.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
