Job Details

Title: Engineering - Project Manager

Location:Plano,TX
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$43.61-$62.30/Hrs

Description
Join a team focused on retail design, development, and build projects.
Assess new locations for compatibility with store prototypes.
Design accurate layouts and execute design concepts.
Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work closely with various stakeholders to deliver successful retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee build solutions for retail design projects.
Manage project architects and vendors.
Review construction drawings for accuracy and compliance.
Track project progress and report status updates.
Coordinate with construction managers and fixture development teams.
Develop 2-D drawing documents and 3D models/renderings.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in architecture or interior design.
3-5 years of experience in architecture or interior design, preferably in retail.
Experience as a project manager in retail architecture design.
Proficient in design and project management software.
Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes.
Excellent presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
