Job Description
Technical Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects integrating CXOne and Salesforce platforms within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and deliver exceptional patient and provider experiences.
Oversee end-to-end project management for CXOne and Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define project goals, and communicate progress.
Translate business needs into technical specifications. Coordinate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and compliant.
Identify potential risks and issues early. Develop mitigation strategies and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending enhancements to maximize efficiency and quality.
Ensure all solutions adhere to healthcare regulations and company security standards.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
Required:
Overall, 12+ years of experience required
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in healthcare or related industry.
Proven track record managing CXOne and Salesforce projects.
Experience with cloud-based platforms, CRM, and contact center technologies.
Strong understanding of CXOne and Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration methods.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, ServiceNow).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
