Duration: Long Term Contract
Looking for W2 Candidates. No C2C
Role Description:
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Generative AI Engineer to architect and build state-of-the-art AI applications using LLMs and agentic workflows. You will work on mission-critical systems that blend artificial intelligence, autonomous agents, retrieval-based pipelines, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms. This is a hands-on engineering role with a focus on building production-ready AI systems that can reason, generate content, and autonomously interact with enterprise data and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy scalable LLM-powered applications and agent-based systems
- Build and integrate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for contextual awareness
- Implement LLM orchestration with tools like LangChain, LLamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel
- Engineer autonomous agent workflows using CrewAI, LangGraph, or custom frameworks
- Manage vector databases and embedding generation using FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma
- Apply prompt engineering, model tuning, and system instructions to optimize LLM output
- Develop APIs and microservices to integrate GenAI tools into internal/external platforms
- Collaborate with data scientists, MLOps, and DevSecOps teams for secure model deployment
- Monitor AI model health, performance, drift, and enforce compliance with governance standards
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ML/AI engineering; 2+ years in Generative AI or LLMs
- Proficient in Python, Transformers, LangChain, and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Cohere, etc.)
- Experience with embedding techniques, vector search, and semantic retrieval
- Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and AI tooling (Vertex AI, Azure AI Studio)
- Strong background in deploying scalable GenAI solutions in production environments
- Expertise in AI observability, bias mitigation, and ethical AI implementations
- Excellent communication skills to translate AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of PEFT, LoRA, quantization, and RLHF
- Experience with CI/CD for ML/AI, Docker/Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code
- Familiarity with multi-modal AI, vision-language models, or speech models
- Experience working in regulated industries like finance, insurance, or healthcare
