Job Title: Senior React Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex front-end applications using React.js and related libraries.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, reusable, and efficient components.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and sharing best practices.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
- Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Ensure application security and accessibility compliance.
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS or LESS).
- Experience with React Hooks, Context API, Redux or other state management libraries.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and package managers like npm or yarn.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling using Axios or Fetch.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with Git workflows and version control best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
