Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused IT Field Support Technician to provide technical support across multiple counties. This role involves hands-on support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues, with a strong emphasis on customer service and timely resolution of technical problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite and remote technical support.
Install, configure, and image new computers with appropriate software.
Set up and troubleshoot local and network printers, monitors, docking stations, and other peripherals.
Migrate user data and profiles during hardware refreshes or upgrades.
Resolve software issues including email, Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office, and VPN access.
Troubleshoot and resolve iPad and mobile device issues.
Document technical procedures and support activities clearly and accurately.
Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to manage and resolve 6-8 tickets per day.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience in IT support, including:
Hardware/software troubleshooting
Imaging and deploying computers
Printer and peripheral setup
Data migration
Documentation of technical processes
Use of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Strong knowledge of networking protocols and communication systems.
Experience supporting Windows 11 environments.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
