Duration: 9 months
Rate Range: $96/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization: All valid EADs except H1b

-Looking for someone with powerful overall Source to Pay knowledge, with an emphasis on requisitions, purchase orders, LIV, and non-po Invoicing process (MM and FICO)
-5-7 years experience with global organizations using SAP ECC and 2-3 years experience with S4
-Preferred Experience with Integration from Coupa to SAP ECC and S4
-Preferred 2-3 Experience with Coupa STC, RTO, and I2P
-Truly a mix of PM work and business process expertise
Daily duties
- Attend meetings on behalf of the Sr. Manager, STP, to listen and provide appropriate insight to concerns on proposed S4 designs that may conflict with best practices or current business processes.
- Work with Sr. Manager to provide up-to-date information on the overall status of S4 implementation and make sure the team is providing the requested information for the implementation by the dates asked for
- Provide status reports and follow-ups on outstanding items.
Description:
1. Augment needed STP subject matter expertise across STP functions due to demand from numerous overlapping large complex projects (STP Mod, ProCo, S/4)
2. Provide STP SME Support for SAP functions that are not going away like SAP payment runs and the SAP processes that integrate with Coupa
3. Document PO activities that remain in SAP, evaluate opportunities to move to Coupa
4. Support SAP Standard STP FI Interfaces; new requests, enhancements
5. Support STP ad hoc data requests including internal and external audit requests
6. Partner with E-Tech on SAP / Coupa integrations
Basic Qualifications:
1. Implementation of S4 at large matrix organization,
2. Coupa experience
3. Integration between SAP and Coupa
