Title: Renewals & Expansion Sales Specialist, Cloud Security
Duration: ~9 Months
Work Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX
Work Schedule: Normal CST business hours, Monday - Friday

Project Overview:

The Retention and Expansion Specialist on the Security Customer Outcomes team is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of global accounts by renewing, upselling, and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, with experience in the technology industry. Specialists are expected to be proficient across the Client's Cloud's Security product SaaS offerings and effectively represent the Client's Cloud's full suite of products and services by using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence clients and grow revenue.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve renewal and growth/expansion goals
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts for upsell
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals, and build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Stay up-to-date on a full suite of the Client's Cloud Security & Mandiant products and services

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in cyber security product sales
  • Sales experience with external customers and SaaS products
  • Renewals experience
  • Familiarity with forecasting revenue and using Salesforce to manage customer information and contracts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Understanding of cyber security landscape and competitors

Education:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
