Job Description:-

We are seeking a Workday Business Systems Analyst Reporting Lead with strong expertise in Workday Advanced Reporting and Analytics. The analyst will be responsible for developing a reporting strategy, rationalizing existing reports across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain (SCM), and delivering actionable insights through Workday s reporting tools.

This is a hybrid role requiring up to 25% travel to Tampa, FL. Candidates can be based anywhere in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead the design and development of Workday Advanced Reporting solutions.
• Rationalize and streamline existing reports across HR, Finance, and SCM.
• Define and execute a Workday reporting strategy aligned with business needs.
• Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable reporting solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across reporting deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:-

• 3 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.

• 3 5 years of experience in Workday Reporting/Analytics (dashboards, discovery boards, composite/matrix reports, etc.).
• Strong understanding of HR, Finance, and SCM reporting domains.
• Proven ability to rationalize and optimize large sets of reports.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
