Please Note : HM is looking for candidates with workers' compensation experience in the Midwestern states. Also, he is looking for someone who possess prior experience within the industry domain that aligns with Client's operational scope. Specifically, he is seeking candidates who have demonstrated expertise working in insurance sector only.

Job Summary

This position is for an established and productive professional individual contributor in Risk Consulting with demonstrated experience in defining and deploying risk strategies and programs for clients. The person understands the big picture and clearly articulating point of view with rationale through logical written and verbal communications. This position begins to develops an area of expertise "major", becoming 'go-to' resource for the client on specific topics.

Must have:

  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in risk management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Proven ability to define and deploy risk strategies and programs tailored to clients' needs and industry requirements.
  • Working experience in the industry or industries in which clients operate, including understanding of relevant regulations, challenges, and best practices.
