Description

We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Johnstown, CO. In this hybrid role, you will provide Tier 1 technical support to end users while actively contributing to the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity that offers an engaging environment to enhance your skills and grow professionally.

Responsibilities:

Deliver first-level technical support by diagnosing and resolving issues related to Microsoft applications and other software tools.

Administer and maintain printers and manage ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.

Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of employees by configuring hardware and software as needed.

Perform automated tasks, including laptop setup and deployment, with training provided as necessary.

Adhere to and implement company security protocols, ensuring compliance and safeguarding of systems.

Collaborate with team members to provide effective solutions and maintain a supportive workplace environment.

Requirements

Proficiency in using Microsoft products, including Intune and other related applications.
At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and printer troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.
Knowledge of security protocols and best practices in IT environments.
