Job Details
* 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or enterprise program delivery.
* Proven success delivering large-scale internal systems (Salesforce, billing, finance, or similar platforms).
* Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and revenue-related workflows.
* Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and revenue lifecycle domains.
* Hands-on experience with Jira for roadmaps, epics, dependencies, and delivery tracking.
* Proven ability to produce executive-ready documentation and governance artifacts in Confluence.
* Experience coordinating delivery across integrated enterprise systems and API-driven architectures.
* Strong command of Agile / Hybrid delivery models in enterprise environments.
* Solid technical foundation (APIs, integrations, cloud platforms).
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
