MACH Application Architect, Dealer Platforms We are seeking an experienced and visionary Application Architect to lead the design and implementation of our next-generation dealer platforms, leveraging MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) principles. This role involves transforming current legacy technical strategies into a modern, cloud-native future state. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and development of software solutions, ensuring alignment with MACH principles and enterprise standards. Collaborate with business executives, product teams, and other technical teams to conceptualize new applications and define implementation strategies within financial and timeline constraints. Establish, develop, and promote architectural standards, frameworks, and guidelines across various technical stacks. Author and review architecture/design documents, ensuring high-quality deliverables and robust system development. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams, fostering best practices in design, code quality, testability, and reusability. Analyze complex technical problems, review code, and ensure functional and nonfunctional requirements (including security and performance) are met. Contribute to application-level roadmaps and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with future deliverables and architectural guardrails. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in an Architecture role in designing and leading software solutions based on MACH principles. Mandatory experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) cloud services and Full Stack Development: Experience in Python, Java, .NET, or JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js), and with exposure to REST APIs. Strong understanding of application code development, system integrations, and SecDevOps, testing strategies, and automation. Ability to outline current state architectures and define future state technical strategies, including modernizing legacy systems (e.g., AEM, Mainframe-based assets). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Desired Qualifications: Scalable AI Solution Deployment: Strong experience designing and implementing large-scale AI/ML solutions, data science, and data engineering for distributed data and compute workloads across hybrid and cloud-native environments
