CRM Application Support Analyst - Tessitura


Employment Type: Contract, potential C2H

Compensation: $35-$50 per hour



SUMMARY:



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tessitura ERP Support & CRM Administrator to join our team on a contract basis with the potential for ongoing engagement. The ideal candidate will have some experience with Tessitura, our primary CRM platform used for ticket sales, email integration, and website functionality. This role involves providing application support, administrative tasks, and assisting with web and intranet management, all while ensuring excellent end-user support and troubleshooting. The position offers flexible work arrangements, with a blend of onsite and remote work, and an opportunity to grow technical skills in analytics and API integrations.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Provide application support for Tessitura ERP, including ticketing, CRM administration, and small configuration tasks.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user tickets related to Tessitura, Zendesk, and other integrated systems.

  • Assist with administrative functions such as intranet management, basic web updates (WordPress), and CMS tasks.

  • Support email and web integrations through API connections, in collaboration with web consultants.

  • Help with data analysis using Tessitura's analytics features and other data tools.

  • Support third-party applications and integrations, documenting processes and assisting with API configurations.

  • Maintain and update documentation related to application support and user guides.

  • Assist with internal tools management, including Slack, MS Office Suite (Excel & Outlook), and intranet platforms.

  • Contribute to team culture through collaboration, communication, and flexibility.

  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.



REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:



  • 2-3 years of experience working with Tessitura or a similar CRM/ticketing platform.

  • Basic understanding of Tessitura functionality; training available for the right candidate.

  • Familiarity with WordPress or intranet platform management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

  • Some experience with data analytics or analytics tools.

  • Exposure to API integrations and third-party application support.

  • Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and soft skills, with a focus on culture fit.

  • Experience with Slack and basic web skills is a plus.

  • Ability to start within one month.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:




  • Employment type: Contract with potential extension based on fit and performance.

  • Work policy: 3 days in the office, remote work flexibility.

  • Support tools include Zendesk, Tessitura, and various API integration
