Job Title: Oracle Analytics Cloud Consultant or Oracle OAC Consultant
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates must work in EST or CST time zones)
Type: Full-Time | Contract

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Consultant with deep experience in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle's Analytics stack. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM reporting, dashboarding, and data modeling to support critical business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Engagement: Work closely with end users to gather requirements and understand reporting needs across Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, EPM).

  • Analytics Design & Development: Create interactive dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

  • Semantic Modeling: Build and customize semantic models and subject areas tailored to specific business use cases.

  • Advanced Reporting: Develop pixel-perfect reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.

  • ETL & Data Integration: Design and implement data pipelines and transformation processes across Oracle Cloud modules using BICC and PL/SQL.

  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and tune performance of data warehouse queries and data models.

  • End User Support: Provide training, documentation, and post-production support to business stakeholders.

  • Technical Expertise: Offer architecture guidance, follow Oracle best practices, and contribute to continuous platform improvements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, project managers, developers, and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date with Oracle's latest features in FDI, OAC, and related technologies.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)

  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and semantic modeling within Oracle platforms

  • Demonstrated expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, PL/SQL, and BICC

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP & EPM data structures and integration points

  • Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles

  • Ability to communicate and document business processes and technical architecture effectively

  • Experience tuning data models and applying data security policies in FDI

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional project execution

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • PMP or project leadership experience is a plus
