Global Business Services Program Manager

Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking a Global Business Services Program Manager for our global technology client working remotely in San Francisco, CA.

Job Title: Global Business Services Program Manager
Pay: $135.00/hr. to $144.00/hr. (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Days- Occasional late evenings to accommodate meetings
Location: Remote to San Francisco ONLY (Candidates MUST reside in the SF area for consideration)
Contract Duration: 5 months, possible extension

This role leads strategy and planning for global Cloud Marketing Business Services, including budget allocation, capacity planning, and helping the Business Services lead manage a team of 20 vendor workers. Additionally, this role focuses on optimizing procurement processes through process improvement, enhanced governance, and systems development.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the "ways of working for a global team of 20 vendor workers, incl. Identifying escalations, issues, and bottlenecks and leading workstreams to improve the workflows.
• Partner and liaise with CM Budget Management Lead, Cloud Marketing Finance, Buying Hub, Launchpoint, Risk & Compliance, and Deal Desk teams to ensure 100% quarterly budget spend are utilized and any kind of procurement / SOW related issues / blockers are resolved.
• Document, refine, and strengthen underlying procurements processes, policies, and governance and enhance the systems and tools to optimize CM procurement workflows.

• 8+ years working in Finance, management consulting, or related fields
• Bachelor s degree or higher level of education is required.
• Strong understanding of typical business procurement and compliance processes (e.g., opening purchase orders and invoice reconciliation).
• Experience managing vendor relationships.
• Strong collaborator with ideas, energy, determination, and a passion for process optimization who can work with people from a broad range of backgrounds and experience.
• Experience in marketing or understanding of marketing day to day activities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to move from detail to executive level strategy and presentations.
