Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled SAP Ariba Functional Consultant to join our team to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Ariba solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of procurement processes and experience with SAP Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle, and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in SAP Ariba implementations and support projects.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure Ariba modules based on client requirements (e.g., Ariba Buying, Invoicing, SLP, Contracts, Sourcing).
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to design and deliver end-to-end procurement solutions.
  • Manage integration of Ariba with SAP ERP (ECC/S4HANA) or other systems.
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to business users.
  • Ensure solutions are compliant with organizational policies and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP Ariba functional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying and Invoicing, SLP).
  • Experience in full lifecycle SAP Ariba implementations.
  • Understanding of procurement and supply chain business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba Integration Toolkit and middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO or CIG).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP Ariba certification(s) preferred.
