Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and security-conscious Cloud Platform Engineer to support the upgrade, maintenance, and optimization of identity and access management services in a FedRAMP-compliant environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ForgeRock Access Management (AM) and Directory Services (DS), NGINX, Java-based services, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).

Key Responsibilities:

Upgrade and maintain ForgeRock AM & DS components in a secure, compliant cloud environment.

Ensure all services meet FedRAMP compliance requirements, including logging, monitoring, and access controls.

Manage and optimize Java-based microservices and APIs deployed on Google Cloud Platform.

Configure and maintain NGINX based service.

Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure continuous adherence to FedRAMP controls.

Automate deployment and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

Maintain documentation for system architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and application support.

Strong experience with ForgeRock AM & DS (installation, configuration, upgrades).

Proficiency in Java and related frameworks.

Experience with NGINX configuration and tuning.

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services.

Familiarity with FedRAMP compliance requirements and security best practices.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).

Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ForgeRock certifications (e.g., ForgeRock Certified Access Management Specialist).

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect protocols.

Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., government, healthcare, finance).

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
