We are hiring for Budget Support Analyst for a DOD project.

Job Responsibilities:

Desired Experience Level

  • Flexible - Prefer 3-5 years budget or financial experience


Position Requirements (Duties/Responsibilities)

  • Run daily Status of Funds through GFEBS
  • Prepare MIPRs and Create PRs for contracts and GPC purchases
  • Clear IDOCs in GFEBS
  • Analyze and provide input for tri-annual JRP
  • Communicate with Customer Budget POCs
  • Setup and create journal vouchers for cost transfers of customer funds

Required Skills

  • Analytical and Problem Solving skills
  • General Accounting skills and understanding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to create process and SOP documentation
