What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly face of IT support, resolving day-to-day technical issues with confidence and care
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices-keeping users productive and happy
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory and Office 365
- Assist with system updates, imaging, and hardware deployments
- Keep detailed records and contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate with other IT pros to support infrastructure and roll out new tech initiatives
