Position: Product Owner / Product Administrator
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ months contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Administrator to support product management initiatives within the semiconductor or infrastructure domain. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure successful delivery of products and solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions with Agile teams.
- Track product performance and support continuous improvement through metrics and user feedback.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of priorities.
- Support product documentation, version control, and release management processes.
- Assist in defining and refining product roadmaps and contribute to long-term product strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Administrator, or similar role, preferably in the semiconductor or infrastructure industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating with distributed teams across multiple functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with semiconductor design flows, hardware infrastructure, or manufacturing operations.
- Prior experience in a technical environment with hardware and software integration.
- Local candidates in Austin, TX preferred due to hybrid work requirements.
