We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of EWM solutions for our clients. This role requires deep expertise in warehouse management processes and extensive experience with SAP EWM (both embedded and decentralized). The ideal candidate should be capable of managing complex projects and guiding cross-functional teams through all phases of the SAP EWM lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP EWM solutions including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Drive requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate business needs into SAP EWM functionalities.
  • Design and configure complex warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, internal movements, RF integration, wave management, slotting, and replenishment.
  • Provide expertise in integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and TM.
  • Architect and implement solutions for both embedded and decentralized EWM on S/4HANA.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and client teams.
  • Develop functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with ABAP developers.
  • Perform system and integration testing; support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ensure best practices in system design, performance optimization, and data consistency.
  • Provide leadership in cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor to clients on warehouse automation and optimization strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of SAP EWM experience, with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong experience with SAP EWM on S/4HANA (embedded and decentralized).
  • Deep understanding of warehouse operations and processes.
  • Expertise in RF framework, labor management, yard management, VAS, MFS, and cross-docking.
  • Proven experience with integration of EWM with MM, SD, PP, and TM.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
