Role- Technical Project Manager & Process Improvement TPM
Location- Frisco, TX
Duration: 6 to 12 Months
Job Description:
- Overview: TPM to lead a high-impact initiative focused on improving efficiency in CyberArk ticketing processes for Just-In-Time (JIT) Access. This role will partner closely with the automation and EPM teams to streamline access request workflows, enhance ServiceNow flows, and drive process improvements across the enterprise. Expertise in cross-functional team leadership. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at VP level and below.
Work Required
- Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of complex cross-platform solutions related to JIT access and CyberArk ticketing.
- Drive the integration of CyberArk EPM with ServiceNow, including:
- Automating JIT privilege elevation requests.
- Enabling ticket-based elevation approvals.
- Aligning EPM tasks with ITSM workflows.
- Work with development and architecture teams to address technical debt, production defects, and long-term scalability.
- Develop KPIs to track product health, adoption, and performance.
