Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Legal Administrative Associate for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Insurance Services clients in Whippany, NJ.

Responsibilities:
Seeking a highly motivated Legal Administrative Associate to join the in-house Legal Services Team of administrative associates and paralegals to support the Legal Affairs department and work in different areas of the department to support the business needs. This role reports to the Services Team manager and requires a high degree of collaboration with peers, stakeholders, and the Legal Services Team members across Legal Affairs.

Required Skills:
  • 1 -2 years' experience in an office setting.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and OneDrive; ability to troubleshoot fundamental software issues and learn new systems quickly.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, flexibility, and prioritizing workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
