Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP OpenText VIM Implementation Consultant / Architect with strong techno-functional expertise in end-to-end global VIM implementations. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with OpenText VIM version 20.4 SP7, and have solid experience in architecture design, integration, and customization with SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead global VIM implementation projects (Version 20.4 SP7).
Interact with clients to gather requirements and complete blueprints.
Design and manage the architecture, configuration, and development of OpenText VIM solutions.
Provide techno-functional specifications for ABAP development and custom enhancements.
Integrate and customize VIM with Core Archiving and Core Capture components.
Configure invoice recognition across multiple legacy systems and for custom POs.
Handle integration with TMS (Transportation Management System).
Independently manage VIM-related integration issues and resolutions.
Prepare Functional Specifications, Test Scenarios, and Test Scripts (Unit, Development, Integration).
Conduct and document Integration Testing and support UAT.
Prepare and deliver End User Training Manuals and sessions.
Execute Cutover Planning activities during SAP Rollouts.
Provide Go-Live and post-production support, ensuring successful stabilization.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 10 years of total SAP experience, with at least 2 full-cycle VIM implementations as Lead or Consultant.
Strong techno-functional experience in SAP OpenText VIM (Version 20.4 SP7 preferred).
Hands-on experience with SAP MM, FI, or AP modules (Accounts Payable and Invoice Processing).
Expertise in Integration, Customization, and Architecture Design.
Strong understanding of SAP Document Archiving and Core Capture processes.
Proven experience preparing Blueprints, Functional Specifications, Test Scenarios, and Cutover Plans.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage client interactions directly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with global rollout projects.
Knowledge of SAP TMS integration and related modules.
SAP / OpenText certifications are a plus
