Position Overview:

The Agile Products Manager may also serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, promoting Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables for enterprise technology initiatives.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and with allocated resources.
- Lead Agile release planning events and facilitate synchronization meetings across teams.
- Coach teams on Agile processes and tools (e.g., Jira), ensuring consistent backlog and defect management.
- Provide clear and timely status updates to stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Present data-driven insights and performance metrics in a format suitable for executive reviews.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive problem-solving and process improvement initiatives in collaboration with IT teams and vendors.
- Translate long-term product goals into actionable technology strategies and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead end-to-end testing and validation of software projects, ensuring alignment with defined test strategies and timelines.
- Issue release notes and dealer communications in preparation for field deployment.
- Maintain global processes for defect handling and prioritization.
- Monitor team performance and Agile KPIs to support continuous improvement and delivery efficiency.
