Are you interested in working with the latest technology in the cloud computing space? Our mission is to create a workplace that empowers people to innovate on behalf of our customers. We are at a strategic inflection point, as this company has outgrown the third-party HR systems that we once relied upon. We are developing highly reliable builder tools (powered by AWS) that make it possible for builders to create solutions that meet the company's high bar, while exceeding the speed of delivery that was only possible by way of third-party tools.
Responsibilities:

* You will be developing and supporting the analytic technologies that give our customers timely, flexible and structured access to their data
* You will be responsible for designing and implementing a platform using third-party and in-house reporting tools, modeling metadata, building reports and dashboards in PeopleSoft
* You will work with business customers in understanding the business requirements and implementing solutions to support analytical and reporting needs
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-6 years of related experience
* Strong Oracle PeopleSoft experience
* SQL skills
* Very strong development experience with notable BI reporting tools
* Should have experience developing complex and a variety of reports
* Strong analytical skills and enjoys working with large complex data sets
* Able to partner with business owners directly to understand their requirements and provide data which can help them observe patterns and spot anomalies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
