Job Summary:

The Business Development Engineer supports business growth by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process. The position serves as a coordination point among sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and internal capabilities.

Detailed Job Duties:Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends relevant to customer needs.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, technical, and delivery teams to align customer needs with organizational capabilities.
  • Review of MSA and Service contracts with HR and Legal team.
  • Document customer requirements and communicate technical specifications to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for important clients.
  • Drive lead generation strategies (direct outreach, referrals, partners, MSPs).
  • Identify new markets, verticals, and service lines.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters at the Client place with HR and Management.
  • Support training, development, and employee engagement at the customer place
