JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Communications Campaigns team is responsible for managing the development and execution of servicing and marketing communications to our Card and Bank customers across digital channels. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead their team in managing the end-to-end delivery of personalized marketing campaigns across our web and mobile app platforms using Adobe Target. They will help intake and refine campaigns, work with their developers on execution and delivery, and partner closely with the channel operations team and analytics team to ensure a seamless end-to-end execution and handoff of campaign work.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in building and managing campaigns in Adobe Target, standardizing the process we use to intake, prioritize, and execute.
- Partner with campaign operations and key stakeholders on building marketing campaigns and kicking off new initiatives. Leads and directs internal stakeholder conversations to validate requirements, resolve ambiguities before development begins, and coordinate feedback and launches
- Collaborate with the analytics and personalization team to ensure accurate integration of personalization data, audience segments, and targeting logic.
- Own and manage the campaign delivery backlog, prioritization, and launch schedule for campaigns across web and mobile to ensure timely delivery and minimal disruption to the user experience.
- Translate finalized business requirements from the operations team into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria, and ensure all campaign specifications include correct assets, segmentation rules and targeting criteria.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objects and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team and ensure alignment with senior leadership (e.g., SPO, Dir, etc.).
- Creates and/or maintains key product documentation (e.g., customer journey map, technical specs, process mapping, etc.).
- Builds product backlog, prioritize its items to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and continuously keep it up to date. Holds meetings with the product team to continuously update product backlog.
- Actively manage and escalate risks and customer-impacting issues, partnering with developers to troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues and coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve monitoring and analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related.
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering experience in Financial Services or Tech Industry, or related
- Hands-on experience and expertise with Adobe Target (including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization).
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics for campaign tracking and reporting.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication skills able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing operations or campaign management.
- Agile Certification Certified Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner
- Experience with JIRA and Adobe Workfront
