Job Title: Oracle OTM & GTM Functional Consultant
Location: Texas (Dallas / Irving / Houston)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
We are hiring a senior Oracle OTM & GTM Functional Consultant for a strategic, enterprise-scale implementation. This role is a mix of practice leadership and account delivery, ideal for someone who can own functional solutioning and support large transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a functional SME for Oracle OTM & GTM initiatives

  • Lead end-to-end OTM/GTM implementations and solution design

  • Drive logistics, transportation, and global trade process optimization

  • Work closely with technical teams on ERP and system integrations

  • Support practice growth through solutioning and advisory input

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle OTM & GTM

  • Proven leadership on large, complex implementations

  • Experience integrating OTM/GTM with ERP platforms (SAP exposure required)

  • Deep understanding of logistics, transportation, and trade compliance

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
