Job Title: Project Technical Lead / SAP Project Manager
Location: California, USA
An experienced and results-driven SAP Project Manager to lead SAP implementation and management across various business functions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in SAP systems, strong project leadership, and a proven record of handling complex projects in dynamic environments.Primary Competency:

Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, from planning to post-go-live support.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with business goals.
Lead a team of SAP consultants, developers, and functional experts.
Assign tasks, ensure team collaboration, and maintain high-performance culture.
Act as primary contact for project communications and stakeholder engagement.
Conduct regular status meetings, updating stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Proven experience with major SAP modules:
SAP S/4HANA

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
